New "TANKED" Fish Tank Revealed

What weighs 2,300 pounds and is 8 feet tall? Our new gorgeous fish tank! This beautiful fish tank is a new space called The Pond. It’s a connector from our outpatient care on the east of our campus to the inpatient care on the west.  This space includes an expanded gift shop and new stairs, providing additional access to our food court on the lower level. What makes this tank even more special is that it was created by the team on Animal Planet’s show "TANKED."  They really took in every consideration and it fits absolutely perfect with the nature theme found throughout the rest of our hospital.  Patients and families love it and have told us it’s so calming!

We have to thank our wonderful partners, Nationwide Insurance for this gift that will keep on giving. We know that it will provide positive distraction so that even for an instant they might forget why they are here and just enjoy the wonders of being a kid.
